We care for our contractors in 2 ways.

First: We find highly qualified tradesmen and add them to our list of approved contractors for our clients to chose from. Proper ticketing, legally sound with WCB, Liability Insurance and other criteria are needed to be approved. This allows great tradespeople an opportunity to shine through their works. 

Secondly: Working with them and not against. Rather than micro-manage them as some Project Managers do, we provide them with training, courses and a platform for them to thrive from. We elevate their quality, making them proud and feel like they are an asset that is helping towards a greater cause! Changing the roofing Image! 

Of course, their compensation is much better through us than through a Roofing Company. They immediately can re-invest more into their staff, tools and their quality of life.

All the Best Sub-contractors are moving over to work with us. So why would you hire a Roofing Company who in turn hire poorer quality tradesmen?  AND we're cheaper than the Roofing Company....
